Situated right in Julianna’s Courtyard, one of Liepaja’s liveliest and most popular food & culture public spaces, Director’s Office is a small apartment for 2 persons that offers the unique possibility to be in the middle of the action, while staying private. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a historical former factory building and was the office of the factory’s director. It has its own private entrance with a corridor, ensuite bathroom, a queen sized bed and basic tea/coffee set. The apartment combines the flavor of the past, such as preserving the old wall tapestry and wooden board flooring, with the necessities of modern living, including new wooden triple glazed windows, bathroom fixtures and central heating. Juliannas Pagalms has active day and nightlife and especially in weekends and summers, it will be lively in the courtyard to late hours. That’s why we do not allow children or pets. Amongst the tenants are bars, cafes and restaurants, a gym, beauty salons, a bike and a sewing workshop and others.
